The story of Gramofonika started long before we opened our store
Born from a love of music. Built with attention to every detail.
How It All Started
It started with a lifelong love of music. From the record player at home in the 1980s, through cassettes and CDs, to the years when vinyl seemed like something left behind in the past.
Then, at some point, a familiar song played through a dream audio system suddenly sounded different. That moment led to collecting records, searching for interesting editions and countless conversations with people for whom music means more than background sound.
Over time, that passion became Gramofonika — first as an online project, followed by our first sales and conversations with fellow music lovers on Facebook, and eventually as a physical record store in Sofia.
Today, this website is the next step in that story — created with the same love of music and the same attention to detail that have been there from the very beginning.
